September 2007 -NSW Abolition Mortgage Stamp Duty

The NSW State Government announced in the 2007 State Budget that they are removing Mortgage Stamp Duty in three stages as follows:
1st Stage - 01/09/2007 - for individuals with Occupied Occupied residences.
2nd Stage - 01/07/2008 - for individuals with investment properties
3rd Stage - 01/07/2009 - all other mortgage stamp duty
